Diet Ako!

before deciding to go on a diet.. sabi ko, i'll have to chek on my wishlist if i have eaten all the foods in my menu.. if so, then i'll start my 1 rice-a-day diet.. pauso ko.. haha.. pwede na un..

Can Can

during my physical therapy, while was resting after my therapists (super friendly sila.. kaya lang last day na nila on friday) made me so tired (super burn ng fats. haha), i was put in the hotseat in front of the big mirror (dba there's a mirror infront of walking ek-ek sa mga pt gym? ayun.) . hehe. chikahan.. chismis.. sharing.. i think they we're inspired with my famous (feeling!) I CAN.. they asked me what do i mean when i said : i can't do ALOT of things but that doesn't stop me from doing the things I CAN.. la lang.. i just wanna blogged about it.. naisip ko kasing mabuti eh.. ;P

i can't hear.. i CAN read lips!

i can't walk.. i CAN walk with help! (thanks to my therapies!)

i can't move my arms.. i CAN make it move a little with full force!

i can't swallow well.. i CAN eat well! (takaw!)

i can't write.. i CAN type it on the computer! (or text.. globe or sun?)

i can't stand alone.. i CAN stand as long as i have something to hold on to!

i can't smile.. i CAN make people smile!

i can't spit.. i CAN blow!(happy birthday!)

i can't see well.. i CAN see clearer with my eye glasses on!

i can't use my left hand.. i CAN use my right! (eh i'm left handed kaya i can't be able to draw & paint.. but i CAN use computer programs like photoshop, etc.)


ang dami pa! i just summarized it.. hehe. it may seem talaga na there are a lot of CAN'Ts but there are much much more CAN..

My Birthday's Over

MAY birthday is over! The month of MAY is birthday season talaga dito sa bahay.. Hehe. Feeling ko lang it was may birthday the whole month of May.. :P

so, ayun nga.. we also had a gift-giving at POC (Phil. Orthopedic Center) children's ward.. We distributed the remaining goodies from our pgh project.. we just maximized it to be able to reachout to the whole ward (around 80 children).. The day before, my mom went there to get their basic infos (name, age & condition na rin) so that we could give their basic needs nalang.. Para nga magkasya.. Basta we gave out everything to everyone.. Basic necessities, toys, goodies, etc..

Happy Happy Birthday!

Days before my birthday I felt excited na to blog about this.. Kaya lng ngyon naman I find it hard to start.. Kaya ganito nlng.. Ayan. May intro na.. ;P

Kaka-excite kasi yung mga tissue, toys, etc. Dami-dami! saya!

Kasi, once upon a time, my fam and I went to Tagaytay.. While on the way, bigla nlng may idea ako. sabi ko, "Sa hospital nalang ako mag-birthday!" Syempre todo explain.. ;P No, I don't wanna be confined again noh.. Wag! Yoko nga!!! It won't really be a party na party tlga.. Simple lang.. We'll just give out foods, toys, and kung ano man.. And wish granted!

i just remebered.. last year's holy week was really weird.. i really felt like i was going insane.. i keep on saying: "nababaliw ako!" that's weird.. eh baliw naman talaga ako eh! hahaha.

it's been a while..

i'm fond of reading news & current events online since i always feel blank whenever i watch the news on tv.. chismosang bingi eh.. hehe. so may pakielam pa naman ako.. ;P

while i was reading.. take note: entertainment section ha.. hehe. kasi i click on everything eh.. be it business.. lifestyle.. international.. national.. lifestyle.. etc. even news from tabloids.. haha. ayun nga even entertainment.. d 'to pahuhuli noh! hahaha! so yun nga.. i came across about the kris-james-hope issue.. like i care noh! mag-sapakan sila kung gusto nila.. what struck me was part of the letter of kris that was read in the buzz.. it came from a book she she is currently reading.. it goes like this: "Why does God make us wait for healing?
